Salary: ₹45,000–₹65,000 per month, depending on experience and capabilities

Hours: 9am to 6:30pm | Monday weekly day off

La Bake Amore™ is looking for a professional, proactive and customer-focused Front Desk Manager to lead front-office operations at our baking science academy.
The ideal candidate will ensure a premium student experience, productive administration and smooth coordination between admissions, academics and management.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily front-office operations and ensure professional handling of students, parents and visitors.
• Lead and supervise the front-office and administrative team.
• Oversee student enquiries, registrations, admissions documentation and onboarding.
• Ensure timely and accurate communication with prospective and enrolled students.
• Coordinate with the admissions, academic and chef teams for smooth batch operations.
• Maintain student records, documentation, reports and administrative systems.
• Handle student concerns and escalations professionally and promptly.
• Monitor enquiry follow-ups, conversion processes and service standards.
• Ensure discipline, accountability and adherence to institute policies.
• Report operational updates and key performance indicators to management.
Requirements
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in front-office management, administration, hospitality, education or customer service.
• Previous experience supervising a team.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Strong command of MS Office and familiarity with CRM or student management systems.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and resolve issues independently.
• A professional, service-oriented attitude with strong attention to detail.
