Role Description The Sales Intern will support the sales team in promoting SmartED Innovations’ programs to prospective learners and partners. This internship role is based on-site in Bengaluru and involves engaging with leads, explaining course offerings, and assisting in converting inquiries into enrollments.



Day-to-day tasks include contacting potential customers, responding to queries, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and providing basic product demonstrations where needed. The intern will also assist with organizing training or information sessions, coordinating with mentors or counselors, and supporting sales management with reports and follow-ups. This role offers hands-on exposure to sales processes in the ed-tech industry and opportunities to learn from experienced professionals.
Qualifications
• Solid Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and partners.
• Foundational Sales skills with an interest in Sales Management and learning structured sales processes.
• Ability to support Training activities, including explaining program features and guiding prospective learners.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace and comfort worki
