Chief Growth Officer / Co-Founder (Sales & Marketing for SalesWorx.ai)

The Role
We are looking for an entrepreneurial Head Product Marketing/Chief Growth Officer (CGO) and potential Co-Founder to scale marketing, go-to-market execution, and product-led growth for SalesWorx.ai, an AI-powered sales orchestration platform that helps B2B businesses automate sales execution, accelerate pipeline growth, and grow strategic accounts.
You will own the end-to-end growth strategy, combining B2B AI product marketing, demand generation, product-led growth (PLG), and sales conversion. Your mission will be to build a predictable customer acquisition engine targeting 50+ qualified demos/SQLs per month, improve product activation and conversion, and drive recurring revenue across the US, UK, and other international markets.
This is an equity-based chance for a proven growth leader ready to take entrepreneurial ownership and build a global AI SaaS business alongside the founding team.

The Responsibilities
• Growth & GTM Strategy: Define and scale the go-to-market strategy, including ICPs,



market positioning, pricing, customer segments, and acquisition channels.
• Demand Generation: Build a scalable, multi-channel growth engine targeting 100+ qualified demos/SQLs per month through inbound, outbound, paid, organic, and partner channels.
• Product-Led Growth: Drive product-led growth across sign-ups, onboarding, activation, engagement, product adoption, and conversion to paid customers.
• B2B AI Product Marketing: Lead product positioning, messaging, use cases, competitive differentiation, and campaigns for AI-powered sales technology.
• Product Demos & Sales Conversion: Lead tailored product demos, connect product capabilities to customer challenges, qualify opportunities, and improve demo-to-customer conversion.
• Brand & Content Marketing: Scale brand visibility through SEO, thought leadership, case studies, LinkedIn, webinars, and content-led growth initiatives.
