Role Description The Back Office Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The Back Office Manager will oversee daily back office operations, including transaction processing, documentation,



data management, and coordination with branch and front-office teams to ensure accuracy and compliance. This role involves supervising office administration activities, managing workflows, monitoring service levels, and implementing operational policies and standard operating procedures. The Back Office Manager will collaborate with finance and operations teams to support reporting, audits, and reconciliation tasks, while proactively identifying process improvements to enhance efficiency and risk control. The role also requires effective communication with internal stakeholders, training and guiding team members, and ensuring timely resolution of operational issues.
