ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for an ownership-driven Performance Marketing Manager who combines data, creativity, and platform depth with 5+ years of proven experience in managing paid growth across global platforms.
You will work directly with US-based clients on lead generation, ecommerce, and growth-focused campaigns, while managing a team and owning performance outcomes end to end.

Core Capabilities (Mandatory)

1. Meta Ads (critical)
• 5+ years hands-on in Meta Ads Manager for e-commerce and lead-gen brands, with results you can show.
• Campaign structure for 2026: Advantage+ Shopping, Advantage+ audiences, cost caps and bid caps, CBO versus ABO,



creative-led testing.
• Pixel, Conversions API, event match quality, aggregated event measurement, catalog and energetic product ads.
• Creative testing at volume: hooks, formats, UGC, static versus video, iteration cadence, and briefs for designers and editors.
• Scaling logic: when to raise budgets, when to duplicate, when to kill, and how to read fatigue early.

2. Google Ads (critical)
• Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube and Demand Gen for e-commerce and lead-gen.
• Merchant Center feeds and feed health, product segmentation, asset groups, search term control in PMax.
• Keyword and match-type strategy, negatives, bidding (tROAS, tCPA, max conversions), landing page tests.
• Google Tag Manager, GA4, enhanced conversions, offline conversion import, consent mode basics.

3. TikTok Ads and other channels
• TikTok Ads Manager (Spark Ads, TikTok Shop, Smart+), or a strong plan to be runni
