Role Description The Interior Sales Manager - Immediate Joiner role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The role involves meeting prospective clients, understanding their interior requirements, and presenting suitable design and product solutions. The Interior Sales Manager will prepare and explain quotations, oversee negotiations, and follow up to close sales while maintaining strong client relationships. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with the design and execution teams, tracking project progress from a sales perspective, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.



The role also requires maintaining sales reports, achieving targets, and representing Decormart Studio in a skilled and service-oriented manner.

Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in field marketing, Business Development or sales, preferably in interior design, architecture, or real estate.Strong networking, communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in B2C lead generation, client acquisition, and sales closure.Ability to travel within Bangalore for client meetings and site visits.Knowledge of luxury home interiors, commercial interiors, and architectural solutions is a plus.
• Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Architecture or a related field.
• At least 3 years of BD or sales experience (preferably in luxury sector, interior design or HNI financial sales)
• Proven track record of meeting monthly & branch sales targets, with strong sense of ownership
• Strong client relationship manage
