HMJ Developers is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Manager to handle day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally, GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting. Candidates with experience in real estate or construction accounting will be preferred. Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records.

Handle accounting entries, sales, purchases, receipts, and payments using Tally.

Prepare and maintain GST records and ensure timely GST return filing.

Manage TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and return filing.

Perform bank reconciliation and reconcile customer and vendor accounts.

Prepare invoices, vouchers, debit notes, and credit notes.

Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Maintain ledgers, cash books, and other financial documents.

Assist in preparing profit and loss statements and other financial reports.





Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and statutory requirements.

Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and other stakeholders.

Maintain proper documentation for financial transactions and tax assessments. Required Skills

Strong working knowledge of Tally Prime, GST, and TDS.

Knowledge of GST and TDS return filing and statutory compliance.

Experience in bank reconciliation and ledger management.

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting documentation.

Positive analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance.

Hands-on experience in Tally, GST, and TDS is mandatory.

Candidates with real estate or construction industry accounting experience will be preferred.

Ability to independently manage routine accounting operations and compliance activities. Job Details
