Job Description – Accounts Assistant (Fresher)

Designation: Accounts Assistant

Experience: Fresher

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com

Department: Accounts

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in day-to-day accounting activities.

Maintain vouchers, bills, invoices, and financial records.

Assist in purchase and sales entries.

Support bank reconciliation and payment processing.

Maintain accounts-related documents and files.

Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory documentation.

Coordinate with internal departments for accounts-related work.

Perform data entry and maintain records in Excel and accounting software.

Requirements Job Requirements

a) Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field (MBA or equivalent degree).

b) 0-3 + years of experience in Office assistance, preferably in a finance or corporate setup.

c) Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and financial reporting tools.

Excellent communication skills (English and Marathi,Hindi).

e) High attention to detail, organizational ability, and multitasking skills.

e) Discreet, reliable, and professionally mature.

Desired Skills and Attributes

Strong understanding of financial terminologies, compliance, and budgeting.

Ability to handle pressure, meet deadlines, and manage complex priorities.

Tech-savvy with basic experience in ERP, Tally, or Zoho Books preferred.

Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder coordination ability.
