# Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and structured lessons in Gujarati language and literature tailored to the Gujarat Board syllabus for grades 3 to 8.
* Develop comprehensive lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments that align with educational objectives and student needs.
* Evaluate student progress through regular testing, assignments, and classroom observations to track academic growth.
* Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom atmosphere that promotes respect and effective learning.
* Collaborate with colleagues and administration to support school-wide academic initiatives and curriculum development.
* Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance and areas for improvement.

Requirements### Requirements




* Educational background with a solid foundation in academic Gujarati and language pedagogy.
* Freshers or professionals with up to 2 years of teaching experience are encouraged to apply.
* In-depth knowledge of the Gujarat State Board curriculum and teaching methodologies for primary and upper-primary levels.
* Excellent command of the Gujarati language, including grammar, literature, and communication skills.
* Ability to manage a classroom effectively and engage students of varying learning abilities.
* Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to student success and professional growth.
