Role & Responsibilities
- Source and qualify high-potential candidates for tech and non-tech roles using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS platforms.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings, assess cultural fit, and manage communication through email, WhatsApp, and video calls.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline aligned with client hiring targets across India and APAC markets.
- Collaborate with senior recruiters to refine job briefs, update candidate databases, and track hiring metrics.
- Participate in hiring strategy sessions and contribute ideas to improve candidate experience and close rates.
- Meet monthly hiring targets with a performance-based incentive structure (up to ₹10,000 per target achieved).
