Job Description

We are hiring Customer Service Executives for our e-commerce process in Gurgaon. Candidates will assist customers with order-related queries, delivery updates, returns, refunds, cancellations, and complaints while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through calls, chat, and email.
- Assist with order tracking, delivery issues, returns, refunds, and cancellations.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain customer records and meet service quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria





- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Positive communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Customer-focused attitude and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.

Experience Requirements

- Freshers: No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Experienced: 6 months to 3 years in customer service, BPO, or e-commerce support preferred.
