Job Description:

- Manage the complete project lifecycle, including resource onboarding, hiring support, knowledge transfer (KT), task allocation, attendance tracking, and shift roster management.

- Ensure timely execution and closure of all assigned tasks, deliverables, and project milestones.

- Lead client meetings, operational reviews, and discussions related to new initiatives and enhancements.

- Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions and technical discussions

- Collaborate closely with team members to understand capacity, expectations, and workload, ensuring effective task assignments.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communications.

- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational excellence.

- Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans effectively to leadership and clients.
