Job Description:

- Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery for legacy Oracle PLM to Cloud PLM migration initiatives.

- Define project strategy, governance frameworks, timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation.

- Coordinate with executives, Steering Committee (SteerCo), business stakeholders, IT teams, architects, SMEs, and system integration (SI) delivery teams.

- Manage day-to-day project activities, track deliverables, monitor dependencies, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

- Establish escalation paths, proactively identify risks and issues, and drive timely resolution of project blockers.

- Monitor project progress, budget, resource utilization, and delivery outcomes, providing regular status reports to senior management.

- Ensure effective stakeholder communication, governance compliance, and coordination across business and technical teams.

- Drive migration execution, manage change requests, and ensure timely delivery within agreed scope, budget, and quality standards.
