Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Intern. The Sales Intern will support the sales team in identifying potential learners, managing leads, and conducting outreach through calls, emails, and online meetings. Daily responsibilities include explaining inGrade’s programs, answering inquiries,
guiding prospective learners through the enrollment process, and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. The role also involves collaborating with marketing and training teams to understand course offerings, gathering feedback from prospective learners, and contributing ideas to improve the sales and onboarding experience. The Sales Intern will work closely with senior sales professionals, receive training, and be encouraged to develop strong consultative selling and communication skills.
