• Preparation of Quantity Estimates, BOQ & Costing for Civil and Structural Projects.
• Preparation and verification of Client Bills, RA Bills & Subcontractor Bills.
• Quantity Take-off from Civil, Structural & Architectural Drawings.
• Preparation of Rate Analysis and Project Cost Estimates.
• Coordination with Design, Site & Project Teams.
• Monitoring Project Quantities, Costing & Billing Documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications•
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• .2–3 years of experience in Estimation & Billing
• .Knowledge of Civil & Structural Construction Works
• .Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD
• .Understanding of BOQ, Rate Analysis & Quantity Surveying
• .Good communication and coordination skills
