At Topgrills, we specialize in providing premium safety and comfort solutions for modern homes, including high-quality Invisible Grills and Mosquito Nets. We are expanding our team across Gandhinagar and Ahmedabad to deliver exceptional service to residential customers.
Job Role & Responsibilities• Visit customer locations to understand their requirements for invisible grills and mosquito nets.
• Collaborate with our technical assistants who will handle physical site measurements.
• Calculate the final work area, material requirements, and total project cost.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates and present sales proposals directly to customers.
• Address customer inquiries, explain product features, and close sales deals on-site.
• Maintain positive customer relationships and follow up on pending leads.

Key Requirements• Experience: Minimum 1 year in field sales, direct customer interactions,



or site-based sales roles.
• Robust communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Basic mathematical and analytical ability for accurately calculating project estimates.
• Self-motivated with a customer-centric attitude.
• Must possess a personal vehicle and valid driver’s license for daily field visits across Gandhinagar/Ahmedabad.

What We Offer• Competitive Compensation: ₹15,000 to ₹50,000 per month (inclusive of attractive sales incentives, scaled to your experience and performance).
