This role provides valuable exposure to international HR operations and the opportunity to develop skills that will support your career in Huma n Resources. As an HR Services Partner , you will be part of our HR Hub, supporting key HR processes across multiple countries. Your responsibilities will include processing HR invoices, coordinating onboarding and offboarding, maintaining accurate employee records in Workday, and providing adm organizational skills, a customer inistrative support. To succeed, you’ll need strong focused mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast paced workplace. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a newly established HR Hub in Chennai. You will collaborate closely with our experienced HR Hub team in Johannesburg, South Africa, and receive guidance and support from our global HR structure. Primary Task & Key Responsibilities:



• • Responsible for processing HR invoices for various legal entities across the world. Responsible for preparing employment contracts, amendments, termination agreements, and related documentation in line with global and local requirements for multiple locations. Ensure accuracy and consistency of terms and conditions for all contracts. Collaborate with HR Leads templates as necessary. • Respon sible for timely delivery of any HR and lawyers administrative documentation, in keeping with defined service to update level agreements (SLAs). • Responsible for doing the the below, o Onboarding: end to end employee onboarding and offboarding working with the Talent Acquisition teams included but not limited to from the point of offer hire process in Workday; acceptance; initiate schedule induction sessions and support IT and Office Services with current joiner logistics . o Offboarding: ensuring timely proce
