Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Ajmer. This position is responsible for promoting AVTS travel services, identifying recent business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Day-to-day tasks include conducting sales calls and meetings, preparing proposals and quotations, following up on leads, and closing sales. The role also involves developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing promotional materials,



and supporting digital and offline marketing activities to increase brand visibility. The specialist will collaborate with the customer service team, provide product and service training to colleagues or partners as needed, and ensure consistent communication of AVTS offerings in the local market.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Candidates should possess solid Sales and Sales Management skills to generate leads, convert prospects, and manage the sales pipeline.
• Candidates should possess Training-related skills to support onboarding and knowledge sharing for team members or partners.
• Relevant experience in travel, hospitality, or service-based industries is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Ajmer, manage multiple priorities, and meet targets within deadlines.
