Hiring: Corn Cap Technician – Foam-Based Wound Dressing
We are developing an innovative wound-dressing product featuring a foam-based border and a protective film or fabric, designed to keep the wound-contact area free from dressing material.
We are seeking a hands-on technical skilled with experience in corn-cap manufacturing, foam-based adhesive products, medical dressings, or related converting technologies.

Key responsibilities
• Identify and source suitable foam materials and their manufacturers in India and internationally, including China.
• Investigate materials and manufacturing methods used in corn caps and similar foam-based products.
• Support the development of the foam border, material lamination, adhesive application, and die-cutting process.
• Identify suitable protective films, fabrics, and other components.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to obtain samples, quotations, and prototypes.
• Support technical testing,



material evaluation, and manufacturing feasibility.

Preferred experience
• Hands-on experience in corn-cap or foot-care product manufacturing, medical wound dressings, foam converting, or adhesive lamination.
• Knowledge of foam materials, pressure-sensitive adhesives, films, and nonwoven fabrics.
• Experience in material sourcing, vendor development, and product prototyping.
• Ability to work with manufacturers and suppliers to resolve technical problems.

Engagement: Open to an experienced consultant, project-based specialist, or full-time candidate, depending on suitability.
