Work on the cutting edge of AI contract review, on your own schedule, and get paid for the legal judgment you already have.
The AI systems that are changing legal work are trained and tested by experienced lawyers. The teams building them need contract lawyers who can work through realistic technology-contract scenarios, judge how well the AI handles legal language and risk, write the answer a practising lawyer would give, and explain exactly where the AI falls short. Your judgment helps shape the next generation of AI legal review tools. This is that work, done remotely around your current job.
What you'll do
• Work through realistic negotiation and redlining exercises on technology contracts
• Review AI-generated responses for contract accuracy, risk analysis and legal judgment
• Write clear grading criteria for contract-drafting and review performance
• Explain where AI outputs miss the legal or commercial point, and give actionable feedback to improve them
Why this is worth your time
• Get paid $85–$105 an hour to build real AI skills, on top of your current job
• Work directly with frontier AI tools and see how they are built, tested and improved, experience most contract lawyers will not have for years
• Build a career edge for what comes next: AI is reshaping contract law, and the lawyers who understand it from the inside will lead that change
• Fully remote, fully flexible, no minimum shift, no commute
Who this is for
• At least three years of in-house experience focused on technology transactions
• Hands-on experience negotiating master services agreements, nondisclosure agreements and data processing agreements
• Professional fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication
• No AI experience needed. You bring the expertise; we bring the training on the tools.
