Role Description The Community Manager is a part-time, remote role responsible for nurturing and growing IN Manifestation’s online community across social media platforms, email, and other digital channels. This role includes moderating community spaces, responding to inquiries and comments, and facilitating meaningful conversations aligned with the brand’s mission and values. The Community Manager will plan and schedule content, coordinate live sessions or virtual events, share resources,



and collaborate with coaches and practitioners to promote offerings. Daily tasks also involve monitoring engagement metrics, gathering community feedback, and suggesting improvements to enhance member experience and retention. This position works closely with leadership to ensure consistent messaging and a welcoming environment for all community members.
Qualifications

• Robust communication and writing skills for community posts, direct messages, and email communication.
• Experience managing online communities, social media channels, or membership groups, ideally in wellness, coaching, or related fields.
• Comfort with digital tools and platforms such as social media schedulers, video conferencing tools, and basic analytics dashboards.
• Ability to demonstrate empathy, active listening, and professionalism when engaging with diverse community members.
