As the Salesforce Technical Product Manager in Global CRM team, you will own the technical delivery roadmap for our Ford Integrated Services products revenue-generating tools . You will act as the strategic link between our Sales, Marketing, and Operations stakeholders and engineering teams.

We are seeking a strategic leader who excels in navigating high-ambiguity environments and can translate abstract visions into the concrete technical requirements needed to build "0 to 1" solutions from inception to launch. Beyond managing core Sales and Marketing Clouds, you will spearhead complex data flows between Salesforce and our in-house enterprise data lakes.



As a forward-thinking platform owner, you will actively foster innovation by identifying, setting up, and steering Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to evaluate emerging technologies and optimize our tech stack.

Based in Chennai, this is a hybrid position with a requirement to be onsite four or more days per week.
