We are hiring an experienced HR Manager for one of Mumbai’s leading architectural firms.

We are looking for a proactive, people-oriented HR professional who can independently manage HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle.
* Oversee HR operations, attendance, payroll coordination, and compliance.
* Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and best practices.
* Drive employee engagement, performance management, and retention initiatives.




* Work closely with leadership on workforce planning and organizational growth.
* Handle employee relations and ensure a positive workplace culture.

Requirements

* Minimum 5–6 years of relevant HR experience.
* Solid understanding of HR operations, recruitment, and statutory compliance.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and people management skills.
* Ability to independently manage the HR function.
* Prior HR experience in the real estate, architecture, construction, or infrastructure industry will be a strong advantage.
