Business Development Executive — LeadsForCoach (India)

LeadsForCoach.com, a specialized digital marketing agency for coaches, counselors, and therapists, is expanding into the India market and looking for a motivated, accountable Business Development Executive to own end-to-end business development for our Bangalore/India vertical. As the first dedicated BD hire for this market, you'll work directly under the founder and play a central role in building this side of the company from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Send 100+ automated cold emails per day to prospective coaching, counseling, and therapy clients
• Build and manage a pipeline of coaches, counselors, and therapists through LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms where they're active (full training provided)
• Call warm/inbound leads generated from Facebook, Instagram, and other channels
• Set up appointments — online or offline (Bangalore) — with qualified prospects
• Follow up and coordinate to ensure every booked coach, counselor, or therapist actually shows up for the meeting




• Own the full pipeline from first touch to booked, attended appointment — not just activity, but the outcome
• Achieve a minimum of 20 qualified, attended appointments per month — this is the core KPI
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system

What We're Looking For:

• Someone who takes ownership — accountable not just for tasks done, but for hitting the actual number (20 appointments/month)
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, written and verbal
• Comfortable with high-volume outreach across email, calls, and social platforms
• Robust desire to learn and apply new lead generation techniques
• Coachable, open to feedback, and resourceful under a results-driven setup
• Prior experience in sales or lead generation is a plus but not mandatory
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
