Role Description This is a full-time, in office Co Founder with Investment role based in Bengaluru. The Co Founder will actively participate in defining QWV’s strategic vision across Quantum Technologies, AI, eGovernance, Education, and MedTech, and help translate that vision into actionable business plans. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and evaluating new venture opportunities,



contributing capital, building partnerships, and supporting fundraising activities. The role involves guiding product and technology roadmaps, collaborating closely with technical and business teams, and setting priorities for market entry and growth. The Co Founder will also oversee key operational decisions, support team hiring and mentoring, and represent QWV in external forums, investor meetings, and stakeholder engagements.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in entrepreneurship, business leadership, or building early-stage ventures, ideally in deep-tech or technology-driven sectors.
• Strong understanding of one or more domains such as Quantum Technologies, Artificial Intelligence, MedTech, eGovernance, or EdTech, with the ability to assess technical and commercial viability.
