Role Description
The Construction Estimator at AURACORP is a full-time, remote role based in India.



This role is responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including quantity take-offs, tender submissions, and cost plans aligned with client requirements and project specifications. The Construction Estimator will review drawings and documentation, analyze labor, material, and subcontractor costs, and collaborate with project managers and consultants to ensure accurate and competitive bids. Day-to-day tasks include assessing risks and contingencies, maintaining cost databases, supporting budgeting and cost control throughout the project lifecycle, and providing clear, timely communication to internal stakeholders and clients. The role also requires continuous coordination with suppliers and trades to obtain up-to-date pricing and support informed procurement and scheduling decisions.
