VL Group is looking for a highly articulate, commercially driven Sales & Marketing Executive to build business, partnerships and premium customer relationships across our hospitality portfolio.
The role will initially focus on Kamma’s – Andhra Fine Dining, Chennai, driving Chef’s Table experiences, private dining, corporate dining, celebrations, events and strategic partnerships. Over time, the mandate will expand across Svenska Private Residences and VL Holidays, covering luxury stays, travel, MICE and curated hospitality experiences.

This is a highly client-facing role. Exceptional English proficiency, articulation, executive presence and confidence in engaging with premium clientele are essential. The role also requires flexibility to travel frequently for client meetings, partnerships, events and business development.

Key Responsibilities
• Generate and convert business for Chef’s Table, Private Dining, corporate dining, events and group experiences at Kamma’s.
• Build relationships with corporates, HNIs, family offices, private banks, luxury brands, clubs, concierge networks,



event planners and hospitality partners.
• Develop recent partnerships and premium customer-acquisition channels.
• Own leads from first contact through follow-up, conversion and relationship management.
• Build and maintain a structured sales pipeline, CRM and premium customer database.
• Develop corporate accounts and repeat-business opportunities.
• Support curated campaigns, festive promotions, special dining experiences and brand activations.
• Work closely with restaurant operations, management and digital/social-media partners.
• Track leads, conversions, attributable revenue and campaign effectiveness.
• Represent the Group at networking events, client meetings and partnership discussions.
• Progressively support business development for Svenska Private Residences and VL Holidays.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities across the Group’s hospitality businesses.
