Role Description The Relationship Manager is a full-time, in office role based in the Pune District. In this position, the Relationship Manager works closely with prospective and existing clients to understand their housing requirements, budget, and preferences, and then recommends suitable residential properties and projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting property consultations,



scheduling and accompanying clients on site visits, following up on leads, and maintaining detailed records of interactions and sales activities. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely information, smooth documentation, and a seamless purchase experience. The Relationship Manager is also expected to stay updated on local real estate trends, project offerings, and regulatory requirements to provide accurate, reliable guidance.
