Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Personal Assistant role based at Sanjay Ghodawat International School in Mulshi. The Personal Assistant will support school leadership by managing calendars and schedules, coordinating meetings, travel, and events,



and ensuring timely follow-up on key tasks. Daily responsibilities include handling correspondence and phone calls, preparing documents and presentations, maintaining records and files, and assisting with confidential administrative matters. The role also involves liaising with internal teams, parents, and external partners, organizing logistics for school activities, and helping streamline administrative workflows. The Personal Assistant is expected to maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and service-oriented support in a dynamic educational environment.
