Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR activities. This role offers practical exposure to HR functions in a rapid-paced EdTech environment.

Key Responsibilities• Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and feedback.
• Support recruitment for BDA, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other business roles.
• Assist with onboarding, documentation,



offer letters, and joining formalities.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and employee records.
• Support employee engagement activities and internal communication.
• Assist with attendance tracking and HR documentation.
• Follow up with selected candidates regarding offer acceptance and joining dates.
• Prepare daily recruitment updates and reports.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and candidate information.

Eligibility Criteria• Pursuing or completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, BBA, MBA (HR), or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office.
• Willingness to learn recruitment and HR operations.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
