Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive, target-driven Sales Executive to expand Propteliio’s developer network by identifying, approaching, negotiating with, and onboarding new real estate developers. The candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and relationship building to partnership closure and ongoing account management.
The ideal candidate should have strong negotiation and communication skills, a positive understanding of the real estate market,



and the ability to build long-term business relationships with developers & clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Developer and Client Acquisition & Onboarding: Identify and approach new real estate developers, builders, and property development companies to establish business partnerships. Reach out to clients and understand their needs and propose suitable properties to them.
• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Build a pipeline of potential developer partners and Clients through market research, networking, cold calling, referrals, industry events, and field visits.
• End-to-End Sales Management: Manage the complete sales process, including initial outreach, requirement analysis, presentations, meetings, negotiations, deal closure, and onboarding.
• Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, explore emerging real estate markets, and expand Propteliio’s developer and clients portfolio.
