About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing & Creative Manager to take complete ownership of our company's digital marketing, online branding, website development and lead generation activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Facebook Ads and Instagram/Meta Ads.
- Generate quality business enquiries and leads for industrial machinery and processing plants.
- Manage company social media accounts and improve online brand visibility.
- Plan, create, edit/coordinate and upload high-quality YouTube videos and machine demonstration content.
- Manage the company website, understand and improve page structure, update content, create high-quality product and service pages, and ensure an effective user experience.
- Arrange, create and upload skilled photographs and visual content of our machines,



plants and manufacturing facilities.
- Create SEO-friendly website pages, optimize on-page and technical SEO, improve website speed and strengthen internal linking.
- Improve Google rankings, organic traffic and website performance, with the goal of achieving top search rankings for relevant keywords.
- Conduct keyword research and develop content strategies for industrial machinery, engineering solutions and processing plants.
- Coordinate graphic design, banners, promotional creatives and marketing content.
- Monitor advertising budgets, leads, conversions and marketing ROI.
- Coordinate with the sales team to improve enquiry follow-ups and conversions.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies independently.
- Prepare regular performance reports and take responsibility for measurable results.
