Role Description The Collection Officer (AM1/AM2)



for CV and CE loans at the Ranchi location is responsible for managing and executing collection activities for assigned commercial vehicle and construction equipment loan portfolios. This full-time, on-site role involves daily follow-up with customers on overdue payments, negotiating repayment plans within defined guidelines, and ensuring timely recovery while maintaining respectful and professional interactions. The role includes regular field visits, updating collection records and systems, preparing basic reports on portfolio performance, and coordinating with branch teams and supervisors on escalated cases. The Collection Officer is also expected to promote customer awareness of repayment obligations, comply with regulatory and internal policies, and support overall asset quality and risk management objectives in the region.
