Role Description This is a full-time, in office Field Coordinator role based in Kakori. The Field Coordinator will oversee implementation of projects at the community level, including activities related to women and child welfare, water and sanitation, water quality, watershed development, and environmental awareness. Responsibilities include planning and coordinating field visits, mobilizing community members, supporting trainings and workshops, collecting and maintaining project data, and preparing basic reports for management and donors.



The role involves close coordination with local stakeholders, monitoring progress against project plans, and identifying challenges and opportunities in the field. The Field Coordinator will work with project teams to ensure activities are delivered on schedule and in line with organizational guidelines and quality standards.
Qualifications

• Proven experience in field coordination or community development, preferably in sectors such as women and child welfare, WASH (water, sanitation, and hygiene), or environmental projects.
• Strong skills in community mobilization, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation of meetings, trainings, and awareness activities.
• Ability to collect, organize, and report field data accurately; basic skills in documentation and report writing in clear and simple language.
