Role Description The Ecommerce Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing product listings, pricing, and promotions across ecommerce platforms to drive sales and brand visibility. Daily tasks include monitoring marketplace performance, analyzing sales and traffic data, coordinating with marketing and operations teams on campaigns and inventory,



and ensuring accurate content and product information online. The Ecommerce Specialist will handle customer queries related to online orders, track competitor activity, and implement strategies to improve conversion rates and customer experience. The role also involves preparing regular performance reports and recommending data-driven actions to support growth objectives.
