Role Description The Scientist for Biostimulant role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. The role involves designing, developing, and optimizing biostimulant formulations for agricultural applications, with a focus on crop performance, nutrient use efficiency, and stress tolerance. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and conducting laboratory and greenhouse experiments, analyzing data, and translating research findings into commercially viable products. The scientist will collaborate with agronomy, product development, regulatory, and marketing teams to support trial design, product registration dossiers, technical documentation, and training materials. Additional tasks include staying updated on global biostimulant trends, contributing to intellectual property development, and ensuring compliance with relevant quality and safety standards.
