What You'll Do• Research and identify potential clients across the US and UK.
• Find prospects through LinkedIn, Reddit, Facebook, Instagram, Google and other platforms.
• Identify business owners actively looking for help, discussing challenges or showing buying intent.
• Analyse company websites, social media and online presence to spot genuine business problems.
• Find and verify decision-makers, contact details and business information.
• Make cold calls to business owners and decision-makers.
• Write personalised LinkedIn messages, DMs and follow-ups. No generic AI-generated outreach.
• Use research to build relevant, direct outreach approaches for each prospect.
• Qualify leads based on business needs,



budget and potential.
• Book discovery calls and meetings with interested prospects.
• Maintain accurate lead records, conversations and follow-up schedules in the CRM.
• Suggest new prospecting methods, lead sources and acquisition strategies.
• Work alongside our automated email outreach system. Your focus will be research, social prospecting, conversations and calling.

What We're Looking For• Excellent spoken and written English, with a explicit, professional accent suitable for US and UK conversations.
• Confidence in cold calling and speaking directly with business owners.
• Strong research skills and an ability to find prospects beyond traditional lead databases.
• Good understanding of LinkedIn, Reddit, social media prospecting and Google search.
• Ability to identify business problems and turn them into relevant sales conversations.
