Role Description The Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Amritsar. The Associate will support daily hotel operations, including assisting guests at reception, coordinating check-in and check-out processes, responding to guest inquiries, and helping resolve service issues promptly and professionally. Responsibilities may include liaising with housekeeping and food & beverage teams, maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards in public areas,



and ensuring that guest requests are handled efficiently. The Associate will follow hotel policies and procedures, support safety and security standards, and contribute to a welcoming setting that reflects the hotel’s service values.
Qualifications

• Ability to provide courteous, professional guest service and maintain a positive, welcoming demeanor.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests, colleagues, and supervisors.
• Basic organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize guest needs.
• Comfort with using hotel management systems or willingness to learn basic computer and reservation software.
• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or front office roles is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by hotel operations.
