We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented HR Manager to manage and strengthen our HR operations for a growing engineering and manufacturing company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for management, engineering, production, and technical positions.
- Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract skilled and experienced talent.
- Handle employee onboarding, attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
- Improve employee retention and reduce attrition.
- Implement HR policies, performance management systems, and employee evaluation processes.
- Coordinate with department heads to fulfill manpower requirements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Build a professional, disciplined, and performance-driven work culture.

Candidate Requirements:




- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
- 5–10 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or engineering industries.
- Strong recruitment, team management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience hiring engineers, production supervisors, managers, and technical staff will be preferred.
- Ability to independently manage HR operations in a growing organization.

Location: Jodhpur, Rajasthan
Salary: Negotiable, based on experience and capability.
