Role Description This is a full-time, remote Sales Business Development role in the ed-tech domain at Bhanzu. The role involves prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting discovery calls, and presenting Bhanzu’s math learning solutions to prospective learners, parents, and institutional partners.



The person in this role will manage the full sales cycle, including follow-ups, negotiation, and closing, while maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with marketing and product teams to refine messaging, providing feedback on customer needs, and supporting customer onboarding through clear communication and basic training on Bhanzu’s platforms. The role also requires consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets, contributing to growth strategies, and representing Bhanzu in online events, webinars, and partner interactions.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage diverse stakeholders, build trust, and handle inquiries professionally.
• Proven Sales experience with the ability to manage pipelines, convert leads, and consistently achieve or exceed targets.
