Role Description The BBG Relationship Manager (RM) is responsible for acquiring, managing, and growing relationships with business banking clients, with a focus on small and medium enterprises in the Faridabad region. This full-time, in office role involves identifying client needs, recommending appropriate banking products and services, and ensuring high standards of service delivery and client satisfaction. The BBG RM will handle portfolio management, credit assessment support, documentation,



and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processing. Daily activities include regular client meetings, cross-selling relevant products, monitoring account performance, and adhering to regulatory, compliance, and risk management guidelines.

• Ability to build and manage business banking client relationships, including acquisition, retention, and portfolio growth.
