Requirements
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data entry, calculations, and report preparation.
Ability to take site measurements and conduct property inspections.
Basic understanding of building construction, plans, and property documentation.
Two-wheeler and willingness to travel for site visits preferred.
