Role Description The Assistant Branch Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Ahmedabad Area.



This position supports the Branch Manager in overseeing day-to-day branch operations, including managing staff, coordinating work schedules, and ensuring efficient service delivery to customers. The role involves monitoring sales performance, implementing branch-level sales strategies, managing inventory and logistics, and maintaining compliance with company policies and safety standards. The Assistant Branch Manager is expected to handle customer queries and escalations, work closely with corporate and regional teams, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. The role also includes preparing periodic reports, supporting budgeting and cost control efforts, and fostering a positive, performance-oriented work workplace.
