Role Description The Area Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Vidisha, responsible for driving sales and market expansion for Sahaj Retail’s services in the assigned territory. The individual will oversee franchise and channel partner performance,



support Sahaj Kendras and VLEs, and ensure consistent achievement of sales targets and service adoption across rural markets. Day-to-day activities include planning and executing area-level sales strategies, monitoring key performance indicators, conducting regular field visits, and providing guidance and training to channel partners. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, resolving operational issues, coordinating with internal teams for new product rollouts, and preparing periodic sales reports and forecasts.
Qualifications

• Strong sales and business development skills, including territory management, channel management, and target achievement in rural or semi-urban markets.
• Experience in franchise or distribution network management, with the ability to support, motivate, and grow partner networks.
• Knowledge of digital and financial service
