Sagar Business Ventures Limited is looking for a skilled and passionate Chef to manage culinary requirements at its corporate Head Office and guest houses.
Our objective is to create a food experience that combines taste, nutrition, hygiene and hospitality.
We seek a chef who believes that healthy food can also be delicious, varied and beautifully presented.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Healthy & Balanced Cuisine
• Prepare wholesome, nutritious and well-balanced meals for Directors, executives and corporate guests.
• Create engaging menus emphasizing fresh ingredients, balanced nutrition and healthy cooking techniques.
• Prepare dishes using appropriate amounts of oil, salt and sugar, according to individual preferences and dietary requirements.
• Offer a variety of Indian, regional and continental cuisine.
• Develop creative and satisfying healthy alternatives to conventional dishes.

2. Menu Planning & Customization
• Design daily, weekly and seasonal menus.




• Follow specific recipes and dietary instructions provided by management.
• Accommodate individual food preferences, allergies and prescribed dietary restrictions.
• Maintain consistency in taste, quality, portion sizes and presentation.
• Introduce new recipes and cooking techniques.

3. Corporate Hospitality
• Manage meal preparation and food presentation for visiting executives and guests.
• Coordinate dining requirements at corporate guest houses.
• Plan menus for business meetings, special occasions and visiting delegations.
• Maintain high standards of food quality and service.

4. Kitchen Management
• Maintain excellent standards of hygiene, food safety and kitchen cleanliness.
• Supervise kitchen assistants and other cooks wherever required.
• Manage ingredients, grocery purchases, kitchen inventories and food storage.
• Minimize food wastage while maintaining freshness and quality.
• Establish standardized recipes and foo
