Role Description
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage the company's day-to-day accounting and financial operations. The role includes maintaining financial records, handling petty cash, preparing vouchers, managing payments and receipts, tracking construction expenses, and coordinating with Chartered Accountants (CA) and their accounting team for taxation and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
• Maintain daily accounting entries, ledgers, and financial records in Tally.
• Handle petty cash transactions for the office and construction site.
• Prepare payment, receipt, journal, and contra vouchers.
• Manage invoices, vendor payments, customer receipts, and outstanding balances.




• Maintain project-wise construction expenses and contractor payment records.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Coordinate with the CA and their accounting team for GST, TDS, taxation, audits, and statutory compliances.
• Prepare monthly expense statements, financial reports, and MIS reports.
• Maintain proper documentation of bills, invoices, receipts, and vouchers.
• Assist management with payment planning and financial reporting.

Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel is essential.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and basic accounting principles.
• Experience in real estate or construction accounting is preferred.
• Ability to manage accounting tasks independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational, numerical, and communication skil
