Role Description The Area Sales Manager – Roofing & Building Materials (Jaipur) will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts,



and expanding market presence for Shibam’s roofing, waterproofing, insulation, and construction chemical solutions across Rajasthan. This full-time, in office role is based in Jaipur and involves regular field visits, client meetings, and coordination with local stakeholders in the Jaipur region and surrounding markets. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with architects, developers, contractors, and distributors, and providing technical product presentations and demonstrations. The role also includes preparing proposals and quotations, negotiating contracts, tracking sales targets, and reporting market trends and competitor activities to management. Collaboration with technical and execution teams to ensure accurate system selection, project support, and customer satisfaction is a key part of the position.
