Role Description The Sales Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, lead and motivate the sales team, and ensure that sales targets are met or exceeded. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, managing key retail and distribution relationships, and identifying new business opportunities in the wellness and personal care market. The role involves monitoring sales performance, preparing sales reports,



coordinating with marketing and product teams, and ensuring excellent customer service standards. The Sales Manager will also support training and performance coaching for team members and contribute to planning promotional activities and campaigns.

Qualifications
• Proven experience in sales management, preferably in FMCG, wellness, or personal care sectors
• Strong skills in team leadership, performance coaching, and stakeholder relationship management
• Ability to develop and implement sales strategies, including territory planning and channel development
• Competence in data-driven decision-making, sales forecasting, and reporting using standard tools (e.g., Excel, CRM software)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Comfort working on-site in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment in Delhi, India
