Job Description
We are looking for an experienced B2B sales professional with strong business development skills
Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to achieve business targets.

- Identify and acquire new customers, dealers, distributors, retailers, and business partners.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with jewellery retailers and wholesale buyers.

- Generate leads through market research, networking, referrals, and customer visits.

- Manage sales negotiations, pricing, quotations, and commercial terms.

- Monitor sales performance, customer accounts, and market trends.

- Coordinate with production, inventory, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.

- Manage the sales pipeline, prepare MIS reports, and provide regular updates to management.

- Identify new market opportunities and expand the company's customer base

Requirements

- Solid B2B sales, business development, and negotiation skills.

- Experience in customer acquisition and relationship management.

- Knowledge of wholesale, retail, dealer, or distributor sales.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and networking abilities.

- Ability to achieve sales targets and manage a sales team.

- Strong market analysis, planning, and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM, and sales reporting tools.

- Knowledge of jewellery products, designs, pricing, and market trends is an advantage.

Preferred Experience

- 5–10 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.

- Experience in jewellery, gems and jewellery, precious metals, or luxury products preferred.

- Experience managing dealer, distributor, retailer, or wholesale customer networks.

- Any degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
