To lead and manage the end-to-end procurement activities, ensuring timely availability of materials, equipment, services, while maintaining compliance with project specifications, budgets, quality standards, and contractual requirements.

Procurement Management

Develop and implement project procurement strategies aligned with project schedules and budgets.

Manage procurement of civil, mechanical, electrical, and hydro-mechanical equipment and timely sourcing, evaluation, and selection of qualified suppliers and contractors.

Lead RFQ, tendering, bid evaluation, negotiation, and award processes.

Vendor & Supplier Management

Develop and maintain a reliable vendor vendor assessments, qualification, and performance commercial terms, pricing, delivery schedules, and contractual conditions.

Project Coordination

Work closely with engineering, planning, construction, and store teams to identify procurement requirements.

Track critical procurement milestones and ensure alignment with project schedules.

Monitor supplier manufacturing, inspections, dispatches, and deliveries.





Logistics & Supply Chain Management

Oversee transportation, customs clearance (if applicable), and site delivery of equipment and uninterrupted material flow to project sites.

Optimize inventory levels and minimize material shortages.

Cost Control & Budget Management

Prepare procurement budgets and forecasts.

Identify and implement cost-saving procurement expenditures against approved budgets.

Prepare procurement reports and management dashboards.

Risk Management

Identify procurement risks and develop mitigation plans.

Manage supplier performance risks, delivery delays, and market business continuity through alternate sourcing & Governance

Ensure adherence to company procurement policies and procedures.

Maintain compliance with project, statutory, safety, environmental, and quality requirements.

Support internal and external audits related to procurement activities.
